One of the many compliments was being inducted into the St. David’s Hall Of Fame for Leaders for my years of service over multiple departments and employees. They helped my brother and I sell our late mothers house for much more than we expected and fast! "My husband and I recently made an inquiry in Zillow about retirement properties located in the Tx Hill Country. We quickly received a call back from Lyssa at Babin Realty who briefly chatted with us to narrow down our search. We immediately began seeing properties. Even though our search covered a big geographical area, Lyssa and team were happy to spend the time. At our first showing, we met Lawrence and Danielle, who explained their team approach with the two of them and Lyssa - and it works great. They constantly coordinate so the client is responded to immediately. "When we decided to launch out on our farm adventure, the Lawrence and Danielle were there with us from the start. They eased us through every step. We quickly sold our home for more than we expected. They helped us negotiate a short term lease which we then had to break when we then found the right property for our farm. Thanks to Danielle’s rapport with the owners, they not only let us out of the lease but were happy to do so. Finding the right farm was no easy feat. They were extremely patient with us and never gave up on the hunt. The farm we found had been on the market for over 2 years because it was an estate owned by 4 different families. Several times the deal was at risk. Due to the high trust gained throughout the process, an agreement was reached that all families accepted.
